The location was marvelous and favorable, not far from Roland Garros, shops, and beautiful Paris. Elysees Hong Kong, located just 400 feet away from the hotel, had French cuisine.

Very close to metro and several shops and cafes just around the corner. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice courtyard. Free wifi. True European hotel, so embrace it.

Some areas still under renovation, but not bad.

The king room was a decent size and budget with a bath and enough blankets, as for instance.

There was breakfast missing, I was a little disappointed.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. the location is marvelous, very close to a metro station. I had French meals at Le Poivre Rose nearby. My stay was relaxing, even for just one night.

The internet was not working in the hotel as stated. Only next to the reception desk and not even in the restaurant which is 5 meters away. The hotel was under renovation which should have been stated ... The hotel was not clean at all .... Terrible experience.

The room was neat and budget. the private bathroom was reasonably spacious. - the staff were knowledgeable. - the location was excellent for getting around on the tube.

Seriously, I did not recommend this hotel. My comments are listed in the following. 1. At the first night, they forgot to turn on the heating system. My friends went to the reception to ask if they could check the heating or give us some blankets. Their answer is we can not do anything… 2. The lock of our bathroom could not work. And we were two men and one woman… 3. We lived in a triple room, but they did not tell us the hot water which for shower was not enough for three people. Hence, we needed to save hot water to make sure everybody could take the hot shower. 4. We found there was a window without the curtain which was near the bed, and they did not help us to solve the problem. We just took a bed sheet from the reception to replace the curtain. 5. In the website, they said there was wifi around the hotel, and you could connect the internet freely. However, they did not supply any internet service to us because some I had no idea’s reasons. They also did not give us any solutions to this problem. 6. After experiencing the above situations, they did not give us any discount on the price. They charged the same fees.

The room was perfectly clean with central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a writing table.

Nice location, very close to metro in 16 district. Hotel has its own green yard, where you can drink a coffee or smoke a cigarette. Most of rooms have their exits to this garden. So, the hotel is very far away from street noise. Very reasonable price.
